From a very young age, his interest in Eastern culture brought him first as a Yoga practitioner and then as a Yoga teacher to the world of spirituality, self-knowledge and personal growth. His second vocation related to historical processes and their relationship with human settlements led him to train in history and archaeology. He has participated in different paleontological sites of the first settlers of the peninsula (Atapuerca, Pinilla del Valle) and of historical periods (Iberian, Roman and medieval sites).
When she met Pere Vila 25 years ago, she was able to train in Geobiology and Feng Shui and they began to collaborate on different projects and research related to sacred places and public civil constructions as well as different human settlements from different historical periods. In addition, she conducts housing studies relating home and health in close collaboration with doctors and therapists. Currently, she combines yoga, archaeology and geobiology studies. In the field of geobiology, she adds training to her research.

Physiological influences of electromagnetic fields
in our body
The pineal gland's main function is to regulate cellular repair processes. This process is activated when our biological sensors detect that there is no light and we are ready to sleep and rest.
The different organs in our body have membranes that cover them and serve as protection from possible external aggressions, such as exposure to different electromagnetic fields.
For example, we have the macroencephalic membrane that protects the brain, the pleura that protects the lungs or the pericardium that protects the heart. If this membrane is subjected to excessive and continuous exposure over time to different radiations, it becomes more permeable and therefore more exposed to external aggressions and to the entry of more toxins.
The parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for the production and restoration of body energy. When we are exposed to any type of electromagnetic field, the nervous system remains active, not allowing for proper rest.
At the cellular level, it has been shown that the plasma membrane, whose basic function is to keep the intracellular environment separate from the surroundings, is also permeable to receive the nutrients necessary to carry out its vital functions and eliminate waste materials. This membrane can lose its permeability and become more rigid when it is subjected to constant electromagnetic fields and accumulate toxins inside it with the consequent risk of cellular deterioration.
Electromagnetic fields can also cause the appearance of free radicals, which are atoms with an unpaired electron, a situation that makes them highly unstable and highly reactive. The nature of atoms forces them to regain their balance and they try to obtain an additional electron at the expense of another atom. Once this has been achieved, the atom that gives up the electron becomes a free radical and then tries to recover that electron from a third atom. In this way, a chain reaction occurs. The consequence is the appearance of damage to cells. Among the most common pathologies that can be caused by free radicals are cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, cholesterol, arteriosclerosis, premature aging, cardiovascular problems and problems of the nervous system.
In summary, it could be said that as electro-biological beings that we are, these radiations affect our vital processes depending on the variables: exposure time, intensity of the radiation, and personal resistance, determined by our genetic heritage and our daily habits.
